At Dwarkesh Vegetables, we deal in fresh and perishable vegetables. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds or cancellations are allowed.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is dispatched or delivered, cancellation is not permitted.

  • To cancel an order, customers must contact us immediately after placing the order.


2. Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of vegetables:

No refund is applicable after successful delivery, except in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Vegetables are spoiled or damaged at the time of delivery


3. Refund Conditions

  • Complaints must be reported within 1 hours of delivery.

  • Customers may be required to share photos or proof for verification.

  • Refund or replacement will be approved after internal verification.


4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be completed within 5–7 working days.


5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to availability.

  • Replacement delivery timing will depend on stock and delivery schedule.


6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in cases of:

  • Customer dissatisfaction after use

  • Delay due to traffic, weather, or unavoidable circumstances

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Minor natural variation in size, color, or freshness


7. Service Area

Refund and cancellation policies apply only for orders delivered in:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat

  • Gandhinagar, Gujarat


8. Policy Changes

Dwarkesh Vegetables reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be effective immediately upon posting.


9. Legal Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
